Prayer for the Week
O God, O God, you never cease to call even those far away, for it is your will that all be drawn into one fold. Attune our ears to the voice of the Good Shepherd, who leads us always to you that we may find under your tender protection life in all its fullness. We ask this through Jesus Christ, the resurrection and the life, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God for ever and ever. Amen

Your prayers are asked in the coming weeks for:

  • The safe return of the abducted schoolgirls in Nigeria
  • An easing of the tensions and violence in Ukraine
  • An end to the fighting in Syria, Ukraine, the Central African Republic, and in Sudan and South Sudan,
  • The offices of the Commonwealth and all who seek to bring together these various and scattered nations.
  • Those who welcome people to our services, lead intercessions and assist with the chalice
  • Those who work at Leo Pharma UK and other companies/industries within and around Princes Risborough

This position enables you to find out about the wider work of the church and the meetings of the General Synod. Lifts are usually shared to Deanery Synod Meetings. If you are interested please speak with James
