Keep us true to the path of justice and give us the reward promised to those who make a place for the rejected and the poor. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God for ever and ever. Amen

Your prayers are asked in the coming weeks for:

  • The forthcoming ‘Fun Day’ at St. Dunstan’s and for the necessary work to complete the extension to the churchyard.
  • We give thanks for God’s creation, for the beauty around us and within, we celebrate the creative gifts in our lives and the sense of wonder that makes our spirits fly to God.

Notices

Theft/attempted break in at St. Dunstan’s
Sadly at some point during the day on Wednesday August 28th there was some minor damage and theft of a power-point projector. The police and insurance company have been informed and further steps will be taken to reduce the likelihood and impact of this happening again. In the short term we need to keep the church locked as various locks are changed. As soon as possible we will reopen the church as this has so many benefits to the parish and wider community. I apologise for any inconvenience caused in the meantime. James

St. Dunstan’s Fun Day, Saturday September 7th, 2 - 4.30

Cakes are required for the cream teas and can be brought along on the Saturday morning. If you can help distribute flyers to remind people of this event please write your name on the sheet on the table by the door and take an appropriate number of flyers. Thank you.
