Thank you to everyone who helped to make this such an incredible event. Words are wholly inadequate to capture the creativity and beauty of all of the arrangements and the hard work that went in not only with regard to the flowers but all of the associated activities such as the refreshments, plant stall, raffle and musical programme. It was lovely too that people could relax in the shade courtesy of our own mini marquee city and take time out to enjoy this community event. Early indications are that the net profit is likely to be around £7,000 but the figures will naturally take a little time to pull together to give a final total. Our outer bodily frame is being eroded on a daily basis but at the same time we are renewed inwardly by God’s Holy Spirit.
