Bestow upon those baptised into his death the power flowing from his resurrection, that we may proclaim near and far the pardon and peace you give us. Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, first-born from the dead, who lives with you now and always in the unity of the Holy Spirit, holy and mighty God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Safeguarding – Online Course
The Church of England is encouraging everyone to become more aware of the potential risks and harm to young people and vulnerable adults. Everyone is invited to log onto a short basic awareness course (C0). This will help improve the understanding of abuse and help to build a culture of informed vigilance within the Church. The course is very straightforward to access, and should take no more than an hour to complete. It doesn’t have to be completed in one go but can be done in stages if preferred. If you would like to access the course please log onto https://safeguardingtraining.cofeportal.org/ or contact the parish safeguarding officer, Angeline Vere, 343006 or angeline.vere@btinternet.com

Fun Day (September 6th) organisers required
