Notices

Proposed parking restrictions in Mill Lane
There are proposals to change parking arrangements within and around Princes Risborough. One of these includes a no waiting restriction in Mill Lane on Monday-Friday between 10-11am and 2-3pm. As there will be no suitable alternative parking available for those attending funerals, other midweek services, visitors to the church and users of the hall then this will be very damaging to the church, local and wider community. I would therefore ask you to object to these proposals in the following ways. Please fill in the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/risborough, write to or email Buckinghamshire County Council (Transport for Buckinghamshire) tfb@buckscc.gov.uk and our MP John Bercow john.bercow.mp@parliament.uk by using or adapting the letters on the church’s website www.stdunstanschurch.com or in church, adding your full postal address and phone number. Please can you also encourage others to object in similar fashion. Details of the scheme can be found in the porch and on plan 7 of the link below http://www.transportforbucks.net/Roadworks-Centre/Schemes-and-projects/Our-schemes-and-projects/Princes-Risborough-ammendments-to-parking.aspx
The proposed addition of double yellow lines at junctions and the repainting of existing yellow lines would be a welcome step in making Mill Lane safer, but the no waiting restrictions are unwarranted and unnecessary. James
