  • The UK government’s plans for Brexit: for guidance in all negotiations, talks and actions, and for a fair and secure future.

  • All researchers into new forms of power, especially within our universities
  • The Red Lion PH at Whiteleaf and The Plough at Cadsden
  • Staddle Stones & Kop Hill (PR) Trout Hollow (Sa)

Accommodation required for an angel!
The wicker angel that adorns the church as part of our Christmas celebrations needs a home for the other 11 months of the year. Wrapped in lights the angel measures about 3ft by 4ft so it won’t necessarily fit through a standard loft hatch. If you can provide a home and store the angel please cam you let Gwen Miles (flower arranger team leader 345230) or James know.

PCC and Deanery Synod vacancies
If you would like to become a member of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) that meets 8/9 times a year on a Monday evening, please have a chat with James. The PCC is the forum through which key decisions are taken regarding future vision, the undertaking of repairs and improvements to church buildings, church finances etc. There are also vacancies for the Deanery Synod which acts as a link between the local church and Diocese.  Again if you’re interested, please speak with James.

Governor vacancy at Monks Risborough School
A strong, well-led governing body, supportive of the school, its teachers and its mission makes an important contribution to a school’s wellbeing and effectiveness. There is one vacancy at Monks Risborough Church of England School as a ‘foundation’ governor that as part of its brief has a particular care for the school’s Christian character. If you interested in finding out more about this role please speak with James.
